Public expenditure rests with state taxes and fees. Far

The state should rather be combined taxes and fees in respect of the law, as it is unacceptable that those who violate the law, should be penalized with only a short period in prison, those who today are no more prisons, but places for the psychological well-being. The prison must be an austere place, made of abstinence, penance and work
The progress of a nation is in good citizenship, and all manifestations of incivility should be punished with economic sanctions, which may also consist of work activities.
