Subject: Authorization for the construction, operation and emissions into the atmosphere of a biomass-fired plant (vegetable oils) for the production of electrical energy, proposed by the Company of ARINSpA power of 8.7 MW, located in the town of Casoria loc. Arpino (NA).

Referring to vs. note called in question, with which express request for a meeting with the Administration and Members of City Council in order to tackle the problem of the construction and operation of a power plant in Casoria biomass is represented as follows:

the writer has repeatedly called for the Campania Region possessed since the convening of an urgent Services Conference, with the participation of all the organizations and institutions, which, pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree no. 29/12/2003 No 387, had participated in the proceedings led to the regional administrative authorization No 671 of 26/11/2009.
