Shaving Causes Herpes Outbreak



WEEKLY dietary patterns.

BREAKFAST EVERY DAY:
cappuccino + 1 2-3 3-4 dry biscuits or rusks +30 gr honey or jam

MONDAY:

LUNCH: a pasta side dish vegetables + 1 +1 / 2 sandwich + 1-2 fruits (at least half an hour after meals).

DINNER: 70 oz ham sandwich + 1 + 1 fruit.

TUESDAY:

LUNCH: 1 + 50 g rice dish of lentils +1 / 2 sandwich + 1-2 fruits (at least half an hour after meals).

DINNER: a raw fish salad + +1 / 2 sandwich + 1 fruit.

WEDNESDAY:

LUNCH:

a pasta side dish vegetables + 1 + 1 / 2 sandwich + 1-2 fruits (at least half an hour after the meals).

DINNER:

raw white meat + salad + 1 / 2 sandwich + 1 fruit.

THURSDAY:

LUNCH:

risotto + 50 g boiled potatoes or boiled zucchini zucchini 50 g + 1 / 2 sandwich + 1-2 fruits. (At least half an hour after meals).

DINNER: mozzarella (200 g) + 1 + 1 fruit bun.

FRIDAY:

LUNCH: a plate of pasta + vegetables + 1 / 2 sandwich + 1-2 fruits (at least half an hour after meals).

DINNER: 1pizza daisy + 1-fruit

Saturday:

LUNCH: 1piatto pasta + vegetables + 1 fruit.

DINNER: +1 -2 1 pizza slices pineapple

Sunday :

MEAL: FREE-

DINNER : 50 -50 gr gr faggiolini boiled boiled zucchini sandwich + 1 + 1 fruit.

NOTE:

1) DRINKING DURING THE DAY AT LEAST 2 LT WATER NATURAL BETTER IF meal.

2) Limit your intake of ESPECIALLY IN THE PREPARATION OF FOOD SEASONINGS favoring the use of OLIVE OIL RATHER THAN BUTTER.

3) Limit your intake of alcohol. E 'ADMITS THE RED WINE sparingly' (useful for the cardiovascular system)
