The OSS (One Stop Shop for Productive Activities) is the counter where entrepreneurs can start or develop a business and get all the clarifications on the requirements, forms and the necessary arrangements. The OSS simplifies and ensures the completion of the practice quickly and reliable, and above all, the entrepreneur has the advantage of dealing with a single office!
After 20 days of submission of a simple self-certification of compliance with current standards ( DUAAP ), the entrepreneur can start your own business (or a few more days should it be necessary to convene a conference Services).
The OSS is responsible for all administrative procedures relating to economic and productive activities of goods and services and all administrative procedures relating to the construction, extension, termination, reactivation, to the location and relocation of production facilities, including the issuing of licenses or building permits. At OSS, then, the contractor may submit DUAAP to start or develop business, and get a receipt which enables it to commence operations in just 20 days.
The Fourth Sector of the City of Casoria - Production and Development - has enabled the first step on the accreditation of the City at the web portal "impresainungiorno.gov.it", as envisaged in the DPR 160, 7 September 2010, which is essential for the future management of the OSS system, which will start in March next year.
The innovative system will streamline processes and communications between citizens, businesses and all institutions concerned with the procedures.
